Aetos Organic Sangiovese 2018 Orcia DOC

Red wine made from 100 % Sangiovese grapes, entirely produced in our winery according to the principles of the biodynamic agriculture. Fine and elegant, it is a typical expression of this territory in the heart of Tuscany. After the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine is aged for at least twelve months in barriques, kegs and small 10/15 hl oak casks from France and Austria.
