Tour in E-Bike
A beautiful asphalted street will take us up the hill to Rocca d'Orcia, where we can admire a beautiful panorama up to the Apennines. After a nice tour around Poggio Bonaria we return to the less known but spectacular Val d'Orcia with fields of ripe wheat. The return will be much easier, mainly downhill and flat.
Stretching
Exercises to give more elasticity to the body and for improvement of the posture (back).

Postural
Exercises concentrating on the postural muscles to keep your body balanced; the exercises of Pilates gain awareness of the breath and the alignment of the spine strengthening the muscles of the lower part of the back (very important for soothing and preventing back ache).
