Exercises concentrating on the postural muscles to keep your body balanced; the exercises of Pilates gain awareness of the breath and the alignment of the spine strengthening the muscles of the lower part of the back (very important for soothing and preventing back ache).

How about a drink at the poolside? The Osteria is open from 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm and expects you with  delicious summer cocktails, cool drinks, home made ice creams and small snacks.

Exercises to give more elasticity to the body and for improvement of the posture (back).
