Pienza and the mill

Walking tour 9 km
From the hotel we walk towards Pienza, then on the Pheasant's path to Poggio Tobruk. For lunch we arrive to the Mill Val d'Orcia where we taste a dish of organic pasta. Back to the hotel by van.

Strade Bianche - White roads. White, ocher, gray, light brown, dark brown, resin, rust, burnt earth, wet earth, Sienna. Silent roads, beautiful wide landscapes that will make you feeling free and happy.
Postural
Exercises concentrating on the postural muscles to keep your body balanced; the exercises of Pilates gain awareness of the breath and the alignment of the spine strengthening the muscles of the lower part of the back (very important for soothing and preventing back ache).
